From December 5 till December 8 the world’s biggest virtual conference Decisions Fall 2011 took place. During these days everyone interested in Microsoft Dynamics business solutions had the opportunity to sign up for presentation and discussion panels and learn more about the latest developments and add-ons connected to the popular business management systems. Mobile Affairs joined the Dynamics NAV day at Decisions Fall 2011. December 7 was entirely dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. On November 24, 2011 our most prosperous partner in Bulgaria - Intelligent Systems - held a special event for their clients. It was structured as a discussion forum for the contemporary business challenges and opportunities, and presented the latest innovations in the software management solutions. In October 2010, Mobile Affairs participated in the premier Microsoft Dynamics event of the year – Convergence 2010 Europe. Microsoft Dynamics Convergence 2010 took place in three locations in Europe beginning on 14th October and ending on 22nd October 2010: London, Prague and The Hague. On 18th and 19th October 2010, Mobile Affairs participated in Convergence 2010 Prague with its own booth where the company’s specialists presented Mobile Affairs’ products - NAVmobile and AXmobile. At the Convergence were also demonstrated the NAVmobile and AXmobile features as well as their business benefits as add-ons applications to the Microsoft Dynamics partners and customers.

Mobile affairs released the new version of the mobile application NAVmobile. This release contains update of the core framework allowing the developers to easily consume data from remote sources using the same programming and communication model. It allows the developers to create data mesh-ups containing local (mobile) and remote data in real time and use it to make their mobile functional modules more powerful.

The online and offline data can be used in custom reports displayed and printed on the device and distributed OTA (over-the-air) to the mobile users.

Live Data Link engine

In addition to the powerful off-line capabilities, the Live Data Link engine allows NAVmobile mobile functional modules to easily consume data from remote data sources using the same programming techniques. It allows the developers to quickly build modules using a mixture of off-line and on-line data from remote sources like Microsoft SQL Servers and still using the same object relational mapping programming model.

Support for custom reports

Mobile developers can easily create and push new reports displayed and printed on the device without the need of fancy development tools. The developer can mix off-line and on-line data in a single report and use the power of HTML/CSS and NAVmobile document template engine to create rich and beautiful reports. The mobile reports can be embedded in the functional modules or pushed separately to the devices over the air by using the standard device provisioning engine supported by NAVmobile .

Several months ago, Mobile Affairs signed a partnership agreement with the second largest IT company in Albania – IkubInfo.

On 17th February 2010, in Sofia, was held a conference, organized by Zebra and Motorola - Motorola World of Mobility. Mobile Affairs was invited to take part in the event. The company presented its solution NAVmobile and the features and technical business benefits, the mobile solution brings to the business.
