Mobile Affairs supported Android trainings
Our team has been invited to lead series of events regarding development of Android based applications. At the first of them called “Why did Android succeed? Perspectives for developers”, our colleagues presented the main concepts behind the building process and put focus on topics such as Android hardware, Asynchronous processing, Networking, Cross-platform development, Market distribution, and more.
In the three-day training course that followed, Mobile Affairs taught prospective app developers in Android User Interface, Threading & notifications, SQLite, Location based services (Location Manager, GPS, MapView), Android networking capabilities (Java Sockets, Java XML, JSON), etc. At the end, participants were assisted by the company’s professionals in building their first Android apps.
The events were carried out in close cooperation with the Bulgarian branch of the world’s largest independent IT training company New Horizons. This reaffirmed Mobile Affairs’ competencies in developing apps for mobile devices, including those based on the most popular platform Android.
